Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist required.
• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily specialty mail pharmacy fulfillment operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Drive quality and safety programs for medication error prevention.
