Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Manager, Speaker Programs to lead end‑to‑end speaker program operations, including vendor oversight, contracting and compliance. You will collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Field teams, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant program execution.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in compliance/healthcare, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant compliance/healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end speaker program operations from intake to closeout.
• Manage vendor performance and speaker bureau logistics.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop metrics and reports to monitor program activity and spend.
• Coordinate material submissions and program governance.
