Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Leader (M3) to drive end-to-end capture strategy across GDA underlayer pursuits, domestic IBCS captures (including modernization), and AIAMD development for the U.S. Army battle command portfolio.

This high-visibility role requires leading cross-functional teams, shaping opportunities, and engaging executive leadership to craft winning proposals, pricing, and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in capture management, DoW/Army programs.
• Active Secret clearance (or higher) required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute capture activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams across GDA underlayer pursuits and IBCS modernization.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and competitive differentiation for Army requirements.
• Engage with Army customers and industry executives to align strategy and investments.
• Oversee compliant, compelling proposals and align pricing and staffing with capture strategy.
• Manage risks, budgets, and milestones; report progress to senior leadership.
