Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Senior Manager - Public Relations (M3) to lead a team shaping and delivering compelling communications. You will guide priority capture communications across paid, earned, shared and owned media and measure results to support business initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive experience in communications, media relations and public affairs, plus ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 13+ years in communications or related field, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and activate strategic media campaigns.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Aerospace/defense industry experience with DoD and government customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills; editing and speechwriting ability.
