Job summary

You will drive baseline integrity, implement disciplined change control, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical CM knowledge, and the ability to guide governance boards while enabling program execution and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 10+ years.
• Active United States security clearance, Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
• Experience leading CM, data management, and component engineering in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM/DM across complex programs, ensuring baseline integrity and disciplined change control.
• Establish change management processes covering baselines, BOM alignment, document release, and status accounting.
• Provide leadership for CM governance boards and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop metrics on change processing, baseline integrity, and data package delivery.
• Travel up to 10% and support security-clearance requirements.
