Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years; in lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain hardware CM processes per standards and program requirements.
• Manage configuration docs: BOMs, records, drawings, specs, change notices.
• Coordinate and process configuration changes with approval workflows.
• Facilitate CCB meetings and review engineering changes.
• Track baselines, inventory, and version control through development to production.
• Support audits and CM data reviews for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain for accuracy.
• Use PLM/CM tools to manage product data and CM repositories.
• Occasional overtime or outside hours to meet deadlines.
