Job summary

The Senior Associate, Configuration Data Management to join L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, Florida will manage program data and technical documentation, ensuring accurate identification, control, and archiving to support engineering and program management teams. Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance (with polygraph) or can obtain one, plus a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
Experience with configuration management tools and document control processes.

Responsibilities

CDRL/SDRL Management – Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time and in compliance with SOWs and schedules.
Documentation Formatting – Ensure program documentation adheres to internal standards and proper markings.
Data Handling and Transfer – Manage all communication with the customer and coordinate data transfers.
Data Entry – Input data into configuration management tool systems and ensure accuracy.
Other – Provide support to engineering and program management and be willing to work outside normal hours to meet deadlines.
