Weights & Biases is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead our customer deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑prem. In a player-coach role, you’ll guide architecture reviews, manage regional coverage, and own hiring and ramp in region while staying hands-on on critical deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a customer-facing technical team with hiring responsibility.
• 7+ years hands-on infra, platform, or SRE experience; 10+ for Senior Manager.
• Proven ability to diagnose production infrastructure issues in customer environments.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; cloud services and networking fundamentals.
• Terraform or IaC experience; proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Solutions Architects across [REGION], including hiring and ramp plans.
• Remain hands-on with architecture reviews, escalations, and deployments when needed.
• Own the regional coverage model: account assignment, on-call, escalation paths across time zones.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, and Support on validation, planning, and adoption.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures, runbooks, Terraform/Helm content.
• Deliver technical workshops, demos, and customer enablement sessions.
• Contribute to roadmap by feeding field evidence to Product and Engineering.
