ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager for our client’s Solutions Development Department in Charlotte, NC.

The role, titled Senior Manager Solutions Architect, sits onsite four days a week and requires strong leadership, architectural guidance, and excellent communication to support multiple project teams. You will lead technical teams, shape product requirements, promote architectural patterns, and oversee the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience in architecture or as a lead developer.
• Proven full-stack web development experience with .NET, Node.js, SQL, and Git.

As a Senior Manager Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Solutions Development Department supporting multiple project teams. • Proven experience in full-stack web development using technologies such as .Net, Node.js, SQL, and Git.

• Prior experience in architecture or as a lead developer.
• Ability to successfully complete technical assessments demonstrating expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
