ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager for our client’s Solutions Development Department in Charlotte, NC.

The role, titled Senior Manager Solutions Architect, sits onsite four days a week and requires strong leadership, architectural guidance, and excellent communication to support multiple project teams. You will lead technical teams, shape product requirements, promote architectural patterns, and oversee the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience in architecture or as a lead developer.
• Proven full-stack web development experience with .NET, Node.js, SQL, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to define product requirements and evaluate feasibility.
• Promote best practices, architecture patterns, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and insights with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Design and roll out complex IT solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle.
