Job summary

ManpowerGroup's Experis division is seeking a Project Manager for Global Projects in McLean, VA. You will lead and manage large, possibly international initiatives from inception to completion, coordinating governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires an undergraduate degree and a proven track record in delivering multi-project portfolios. You will use MS Office tools to develop plans, track budgets, and report progress while building strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized projects with a proven track record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Coordinate and support all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure financial and operational success.
• Create comprehensive project artifacts including plans, communication strategies, and resource management documents.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and success.
