MKTG Sports + Entertainment is seeking an experienced manager to join its Content team and report to the VP, Social and Influencer Marketing. The role focuses on developing social strategy, editorial content, influencer partnerships, and reporting across campaigns while collaborating with creative, production and sponsorship teams.

The position requires leading decks, briefing, and campaign management, with strong client-facing skills and a keen eye for sports trends and new platforms.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media, creators, and sports ecosystems.
• Experience writing decks and pitching strategies to clients.
• Experience identifying creators and influencers for brand partnerships.
• Proactive, able to manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end social and influencer marketing processes and reporting.
• Recommend talent for influencer partnerships and develop content ideas.
• Support content workstreams from deck writing to campaign management.
• Draft influencer contracts with internal legal and manage relationships.
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables across social programs.
• Turn social data into actionable insights for reports.
• Collaborate with sponsorship and consulting teams on strategy.
• Inspire innovative social media approaches and stay updated on trends.
• Maintain strong awareness of the sports and marketing industry.
