Job summary

The Friedkin Group seeks a Senior Manager of Experiences to lead planning and delivery of high-impact meetings, incentive travel, and signature experiences for Gulf States Toyota, The Friedkin Group, and affiliates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, incentive travel, hospitality, or related fields; 3–5+ years leading people or complex teams/programs
• Proven success with executive stakeholders, significant budgets, and vendor/agency relationships
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capability
• Expertise in end-to-end event production, incentive travel, hospitality, guest experience, and VIP service
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Executive presence and excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Experience Managers, Consultants, Planners, Specialists, and contract resources
• Partner to translate creative vision and business objectives into executable program plans
• Oversee complex corporate meetings, incentive travel programs, executive engagements, and signature events
• Establish ROI measurement for events and use insights to inform decisions
• Govern venue sourcing, vendor selection, contracts, and production partners
• Ensure white-glove attendee and VIP experiences across registration, travel, and hospitality
• Manage portfolio-level budgets, forecasting, approvals, and post-event reporting
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external partners
• Provide onsite leadership and governance for high-profile programs
