The Freeman Company is seeking an Executive Producer to lead strategic vision and flawless execution across complex event programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor partners while driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

This senior role requires strong leadership, deep production expertise, and a track record of delivering large-scale experiences, with travel and on-site leadership across multiple markets, including Detroit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of conference operations and management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $8M+ and oversee multiple large-scale programs.
• Experience managing programs with 8,000+ attendees.
• Mastery of G Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a range of event experiences.
• Oversee programs from RFP through post-event wrap-up with quality standards.
• Own and manage project budgets end-to-end and drive利润 margins.
• Mentor producers, event managers, and coordinators; develop team capabilities.
• Develop and manage client and vendor relationships to enable growth.
