Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management - Servicer Integration for the Personal Loans group in McLean, VA. You will lead the integration effort, collaborating with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver cross-functional solutions that improve servicing operations.

You will document requirements, manage the integration lifecycle, validate new processes before cutovers, and mentor a team to achieve aggressive delivery milestones while ensuring audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
• 2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Capital One will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Execute in driving phases of the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation and servicer integration requirements.
• Perform operational validation to ensure new processes and integrations function as intended before and during cutover windows.
• Maintain RAID logs, process maps, and control frameworks for audit-readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks.
• Create status trackers, reporting materials, and vendor performance metrics for project leadership.
• Triage integration issues and escalate blockers to senior leadership while keeping day-to-day tasks on track.
