Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead high-impact initiatives across US Card. You will define roadmaps, mentor teams, and partner with tech, data science, and operations to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions.

You will own strategy across fraud, servicing, and AI-enabled platforms, driving value and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CS Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
• OR Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
