Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• CPA certification and public accounting a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for managed services and professional services revenue, related costs, and gross margin, with proper journal entries and reconciliations.
• Evaluate customer contracts under ASC 606, including time-and-materials, fixed-fee, milestone-based, outcome-based, and recurring service arrangements.
• Translate contract terms into operational requirements for project setup, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Partner with project managers to assess budgets and estimates at completion; ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Oversee unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, accruals, and related balance sheet accounts; resolve data issues.
• Analyze revenue and gross margin trends; explain drivers to leaders and FP&A.
• Collaborate with Services leadership, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Technology on new offerings and arrangements.
• Design scalable accounting processes across the services lifecycle using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain SOX controls over services accounting and support audits.
• Lead and develop the team with clear expectations and accountability.
