EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager in the United States to lead transformation programs, manage client relationships, and drive delivery across ITOM/Asset Management, AI capabilities, and CMDB integrations. This client-facing role emphasizes team leadership, budgeting, and program governance in a rapidly growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, Senior Manager/Director level.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, Data Foundations, HARDWARE/SOFTWARE Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management processes and roadmaps.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
