Job summary
EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager to lead transformation programsAnywhere in Country. You will drive engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets and timelines while guiding both technical and non-technical teams through complex transformations.
The role emphasizes leadership, strategic roadmaps, and hands-on delivery across IT/OM asset management, AI capabilities, and CMDB/ITOM integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Typically 5–7 years in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
- 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience at Senior Manager/Director level.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; 2 of the listed certifications helpful.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
- Oversee program/project management, budgets, and risk.
- Develop resource plans and manage engagement economics.
- Drive ServiceNow enabled transformations with senior executives.
- Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
