Mains’l is seeking a Full-time FMS Senior Manager to lead a team delivering Financial Management Services for HCBS self-directed programs. Hybrid schedule, with some on-site trainings and meetings; at least one in-person day per week is expected.

Salary ranges from $63,960 to $66,892 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits. The role emphasizes supervision, policy development, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with internal and external partners to drive organizational goals and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as Human Services, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with participant-directed services.
• Knowledge of self-direction programs and FMS services for the state served.
• Experience using database technology and electronic systems for work processes.
