Job summary

Arctic Wolf is redefining cybersecurity with its Security Operations platform. We seek a Vice President, Endpoint Platform Engineering to lead architecture, delivery, and excellence for the Endpoint Platform, reporting to the Chief Development Officer and guiding 150+ global engineers across North America and India.

The role focuses on scaling the platform, accelerating AI-powered endpoints capabilities, and partnering with product, AI, cloud, and threat research teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years software engineering experience with at least 10 years in executive leadership.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams of 150+ engineers.
  • Deep expertise in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, Kubernetes, microservices, and high-scale telemetry.
  • Experience embedding AI/ML into enterprise software products.
  • Executive-level communication with Boards, C-suite executives, customers, and investors.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term engineering strategy and technology roadmap for the Endpoint Platform.
  • Lead global software engineering, platform engineering, quality engineering, and site reliability teams.
  • Drive innovation across EDR, XDR, endpoint telemetry, behavioral analytics, identity protection, and AI-assisted security.
  • Partner with Product Management, Threat Research, AI Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Customer Success.
  • Build highly scalable cloud-native services capable of processing massive volumes of endpoint telemetry.
  • Establish engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, secure SDLC, and metrics.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain engineering leaders while fostering accountability, innovation, and inclusion.

The Opportunity

The Vice President, Endpoint Platform Engineering will join the Engineering Leadership Team and lead the vision, architecture, execution, and operational excellence of Arctic Wolf's Endpoint Platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, this executive will oversee a globally distributed engineering organization of more than 150 engineers, managers, architects, and technical leaders across North America and India.

The successful executive will build the next generation of endpoint protection capabilities while accelerating engineering velocity, platform scalability, AI innovation, and customer value.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term engineering strategy and technology roadmap for the Endpoint Platform.
  • Lead global software engineering, platform engineering, quality engineering, and site reliability teams.
