Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a Senior Manager to drive SOC modernization and client leadership across multiple domains including AI-enabled defense. You will own engagements, guide architecture, and mentor teams while shaping go-to-market with partners like Microsoft, Splunk, and CrowdStrike.

Role requires extensive security operations experience, executive communication, and a track record in BD/Pipeline. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in design and leadership roles within SOC or security architecture.
• Proven business development with $2M+ in annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms and related tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment through design and implementation.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing approaches.
• Oversee threat detection engineering, triage redesign, and KPI frameworks.
• Integrate SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, and UEBA within modernization programs.
• Create detection-as-code using Sigma rules and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor senior consultants and collaborate with adjacent domains to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage with clients and partners to drive go-to-market and secure opportunities.
