Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, shape risk-based strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will drive discovery, scoping, delivery, and the maturation of security operations within large client programs.

Responsibilities include developing SOC maturity roadmaps, leading detection engineering, and integrating SIEM/SOAR/EDR/NDR/UEBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting.
• Experience with log ingestion architectures, normalization schemas, and data routing.
• Proven business development with significant annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and implementation.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and playbook frameworks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee SIEM/SOAR/EDR/NDR/UEBA integration within modernization programs.
• Create detection-as-code practices, including Sigma rules and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge capabilities.
• Build relationships with technology partners to support go-to-market efforts.
• Deliver SOC offerings with automation and AI enhancements; scale methodologies and accelerators.
• Develop IR runbooks and leverage AI capabilities for incident response.
• Mentor senior consultants and architects; cross-domain collaboration.
