Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and client leadership for Cyber Resilience & Defense engagements. You will own workstreams, guide SOC modernization efforts, and drive sales opportunities from RFPs to staffing plans, mentoring teams and shaping offerings.

You will collaborate with partners like Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk, define delivery standards, and build capabilities that scale with AI-driven defenses. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Proven track record of business development with $2M+ annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on any leading SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Leadership in SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps and operating models tailored to client environments.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, UEBA within modernization programs.
• Create battle-tested IR runbooks and enable automation using AI capabilities.
