Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Active CPA with Big 4 public accounting foundation and external reporting experience.
• Experience preparing Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K for large filers and knowledge of SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PayPal finance and business leaders on accounting and reporting matters.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvements in reporting.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance on US GAAP and SEC disclosures.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, external auditors, and Legal on disclosures.
