Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to lead the external financial reporting process and SEC compliance. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing SEC filings, maintaining documentation, and partnering with finance, legal, investor relations, and auditors.

The ideal candidate has deep SEC reporting expertise, strong technical accounting knowledge, and prior Big Four public accounting experience, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Degree in accounting/finance; CPA license required.
5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting.
Experience with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and Proxy Statements.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings and disclosures.
Maintain technical accounting memos and support schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Support SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
Prepare board materials and ad hoc analyses.
