Job summary

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead and mature the company's information security program. This hands-on leadership role balances cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, and personnel leadership with engagement in technical operations to ensure continuity.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ years leading teams, and a CISSP preferred. You will develop policies, oversee security operations, audits, and vendor risk, and partner with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or technical teams.
• Experience in regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments preferred.
• CISSP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise Information Security Program.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance.
• Develop the cybersecurity roadmap and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop cybersecurity personnel.
• Provide technical oversight of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, vendor assessments, and security platforms.
