The role offers a competitive salary from $235,000 to $256,500, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• 12+ years in public accounting or related industry experience.
• Experience in biotech or life sciences strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC reporting strategy and filings such as 10-K, 10-Q.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
• Establish and evolve SOX compliance framework.
• Provide insight on financial reporting and compliance matters.
