Job summary

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications to support strategy, development, and execution across external, investor, and internal communications. You will shape messaging, manage brand presence, and partner with senior leaders to advance Tonix's commercial-stage initiatives.

In this role, you will draft press materials, support quarterly earnings, maintain the corporate website, and lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years in corporate communications or related fields in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and secure approval for messaging, press releases, social posts, and Q&As.
• Support communications for corporate, data, and regulatory newsflow.
• Lead corporate website updates and manage brand across channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Support quarterly earnings materials, investor communications, and analyst outreach.
• Own intranet content and support internal events and town halls.
