Job summary

You will lead SEC filings, create policy documents, partner with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with external auditors. CPA preferred; Big 4 background valued; 5+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP required.
• Strong technical writing skills to translate guidance into policies.
• Background in large, multinational or publicly traded companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Develop, document, and implement accounting policies and policy updates.
• Research complex accounting and reporting issues and determine treatments.
• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and audit.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting matters.
