Job summary

Infillion is seeking a Senior Manager, Search & Social Ad Operations in New York to lead the execution arm of a new dedicated offering. You will act as the SME across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and more, owning strategy, setup, and performance conversations with clients.

You will build scalable processes, define team roles, and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market planning. A strong background in programmatic and data-driven optimization is essential to drive growth.

Qualifications

5+ years managing search and social campaigns across major platforms
Deep technical fluency troubleshooting UI-based platforms
High-level knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and KPIs
Experience building or scaling operational processes or teams
Strong client-facing presence and communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and BI tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, STEM, or economics

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on search and social platforms and own strategy conversations
Set up QA and troubleshooting directly in platform UIs
Design and scale operational processes for campaign execution
Build team structure and define roles, workflows, and standards
