Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York seeks a passionate paid search and social expert who will lead Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, mentoring them and ensuring quality across campaigns.

You will manage day-to-day operations, guide the team toward client goals and KPIs, and reinforce strong client relationships while delivering high-profile paid social campaigns. The role requires deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, plus the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and performance media.
• Strong understanding of paid search and paid social platforms.
• Experience working with multiple partners on enterprise level accounts.
• Ability to translate client goals into paid media strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the paid social team.
• Mentor Associates and Sr. Associates on career development.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
