Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in scaled policy enforcement, ML ops, labeling, and content abuse detection.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities with operational improvements.
• Technical proficiency (SQL, AI-prompting) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional engagement.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with different teams in high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a distributed team responsible for detection and removal of policy violating content.
• Shape and implement proactive abuse mitigation strategy and labeling operations and create feedback loops with cross-functional partners.
• Identify abuse trends, conduct risk assessments, and drive remediation with partners.
• Handle issues posing legal, regulatory, or reputational risks, including weekend availability.
• Be comfortable with exposure to graphic, sensitive content.
• Deliver improvements to performance metrics based on drivers of operations.
• Role may encompass other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
