Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a SAP delivery lead to guide complex SAP projects within our Data Management & Strategy practice. You will manage client relationships, ensure delivery quality and risk management, and engage in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements with regular travel.

You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, coordinate with vendors and partners, and lead teams across development, integration, and analytics use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
