Job summary

EY is seeking a delivery leader to drive SAP-enabled engagements across our US client base. You’ll manage complex programs, ensure quality and risk controls, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires building strong client relationships, developing resource plans and budgets, and coordinating with vendors. Expect regular travel (40–60%) and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Will travel to meet client needs; travel is 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
