Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP/ERP Consultant to lead complex SAP delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and risk management across engagements. You will architect solutions and coordinate across multiple activities in a fast-paced, globally connected practice.

You will travel 40-60% to meet clients, drive revenue, and deliver enterprise-scale SAP initiatives within EY's Data Management & Strategy practice, leveraging SAP BTP, RISE and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RI SE operating model including hosting options.
• Proven ability to lead technology teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
