Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and grow large-scale transformation programs, focusing on SAP S/4 and AI-enabled change. You will drive business adoption, operating-model evolution, and value realization across complex client engagements in the U.S. market.

You will mentor teams, shape proposals, and develop client relationships while advancing transformation with responsible AI principles and digital adoption platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale organizational change and digital transformation.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation delivery with executive accountability.
• Experience managing C-suite and program sponsors across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end OCM delivery across large, complex programs.
• Align transformation with operating model design, workforce readiness, and value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams through go-live and stabilization phases.
