Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs, combining SAP S/4 expertise with AI-enabled change. You will drive strategy, adoption, and value realization while growing client relationships and leading diverse teams.

You will shape operating models, design workforce readiness, and ensure sustainable outcomes across complex, SI-led delivery environments. This role emphasizes governance, ethics, and responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change and transformation programs.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformations with strong outcomes.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives, including strategy and value realization.
• Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management delivery across large programs.
• Align transformation with operating models, workforce capabilities, and new ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases.
• Drive growth opportunities, shape proposals, and develop client relationships.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on governance, readiness, risk, and change leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams ensuring delivery excellence and outcomes.
• Bring SAP S/4 transformation experience and change enablement tool expertise to accelerate adoption.
• Lead AI-enabled change initiatives addressing workforce impacts and governance.
