Job summary
Capgemini Invent in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager to drive large-scale transformation programs, including SAP S/4 and AI-enabled initiatives. You will lead delivery, shape change management, and grow client relationships, aligning operating models, processes, and workforce readiness for sustained value realization.
You will coach teams across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver measurable outcomes and responsible AI adoption, while navigating complex, global SI-led programs
Qualifications
- 12+ years leading large-scale transformations.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation experience.
- Experience managing executives and large SI-led programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow large-scale transformation programs for SAP S/4 and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management across large programs.
- Align process and workforce transformation to drive adoption and value.
- Lead cross-functional teams through cutover and go-live phases.
- Drive account growth and cultivate client relationships.
- Coach and develop consulting teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Apply SAP S/4, WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, and digital adoption tools.
- Lead AI-enabled technology change initiatives and responsible adoption.
