Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change and transformation programs.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformations.
• Dose bring experience with executive stakeholders and complex orgs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 and digital tech impact on processes and org design.
• Experience guiding AI, GenAI, and changing technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end OCM delivery across large programs and ensure value realization.
• Align transformation with operating models, workforce capabilities, and design.
• Coach and develop consulting teams; ensure delivery excellence and client outcomes.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth in transformation programs.
