Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation and organizational change engagements, focusing on SAP S/4 and AI-enabled programs. You will drive adoption, design operating models, and build high-performing teams across functional groups.

You will also shape proposals, develop client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence while advancing AI and digital adoption capabilities across engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale organizational change and transformation programs.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformations.
• Experience managing C-suite stakeholders and driving alignment across organizations.
• Experience implementing AI/digital technologies in transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end OCM delivery across large programs, including governance and adoption.
• Align transformation with operating models, workforce capabilities, and design.
• Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client relationship growth.
