EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize enterprise asset management and maintenance operations through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, maintenance planning, and operational performance.

Working across complex environments, you will develop strategies and solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA implementation experience and PM/EAM focus.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service skills.

Mansioni

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and asset management models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk management across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Operations.
• Develop solution designs balancing business requirements with leading practices and technology capabilities.
• Cultivate senior client relationships and identify expansion opportunities for EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
