Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead cross-functional program delivery and practice development. You will drive multi‑discipline teams, shape client solutions, and advance EY's transformation agenda across banking, insurance and capital markets.

You will mentor staff, manage bids, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes. A degree in a related field and extensive SAP project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation with full SDLC.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore delivery (10-20 onsite, 30+ offshore).
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across SAP FS and drive practice development.
• Manage staff development, mentoring, and coaching of consulting teams.
• Win and deliver large-scale engagements, including client proposals and RFP responses.
• Guide business case development and program enablement infrastructure.
