Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice to lead program delivery and drive practice development. The role emphasizes sales, delivery, and people leadership across global teams, with a focus on SAP-based transformation.

You will mentor staff, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with advisory leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions for financial services clients. Travel and in-office presence are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years in system implementation and full SDLC delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services firm.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong focus on mentoring and coaching staff development.
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Willing to work in EY offices 2-3 days/week and travel 25-30%.
