Trinity Industries is seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to lead the Sales Operations and Market Intelligence teams, driving CRM excellence, forecasting, and market intelligence for the commercial organization.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Sales Operations and partner with Finance, Engineering, and other functions to enable data-driven decision making and strategic planning across monthly, quarterly, annual, and 3-year horizons.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, market intelligence, or related field.
• Strong financial and forecasting acumen; quantitative/qualitative research.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
• Experience coding in SQL, Python, or R; familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Operations and Market Intelligence teams.
• Own sales processes, metrics, and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee CRM strategy and data governance for accuracy.
• Provide forecasts monthly, quarterly, annual, and 3-year horizons.
• Prepare executive and board planning materials with finance.
• Lead macroeconomic and industry outlook analysis.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on builders and lessors.
• Set analytics and AI direction with tooling priorities.
• Act as hub across Finance, Portfolio Management, Engineering and other functions.
