Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to empower the Sales organization with data, tools, and processes that drive performance. You will own CRM governance, dashboards, and executive reporting, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions and revenue growth. East Windsor, NJ or Dallas, TX area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting B2B sales in industrial automation or similar sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize metrics and dashboards to improve sales effectiveness.
• Own CRM data quality, governance, and pipeline hygiene.
• Create, change, and update CRM dashboards and reports.
• Support leadership with initiatives and projects.
• Prepare reviews and reporting packages for leadership.
