Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Notes:
- Looking for consultants local to Houston, TX, or within a 40-mile radius.
- Must be available to be onsite at the client location when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new business opportunities and identify important prospects through CFOs, Procurement managers, finance managers, and the like.
- Bring in new clients for end client's organization while retaining the existing ones. You will act as the key point of contact for end client's clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals.
- Work with other departments (Product, Delivery, Customer service) to maintain and boost customer experience.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products.
- Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team and mapping out a down-funnel journey for every prospect.
- Scheduling and attending discovery calls, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
- Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking events and initiating contact with the right prospects.
- Preparing sales reports with critical targets, trends, and highlights on a quarterly basis, and analyzing data to improve sales approach across the funnel.
- Quick learner maintaining functional and technical knowledge of the entire Fuel Trans offering along with domain expertise.
- Build and develop market awareness and brand recognition in the region.
- Being an active member of the team focused on building a cooperative and successful team environment.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C company. (Preferably Petroleum Industry)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or equivalent experience in a related technical, business discipline, or ads/promotions, communication, business management, or a similar field.
- Have excellent strong problem-solving, present strategic proposals and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities.
