GEICO seeks a manager to lead Corporate Safety and Security training and communications, overseeing contracts and vendor management. You will develop training programs, craft communications, and ensure governance and readiness across the organization.

The role partners with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align programs with GEICO standards and operational needs. Hybrid work and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, security management, communications, training, contract administration, or vendor management.
• Experience leading programs or initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Experience developing training programs, learning content, or readiness materials for security or safety programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including leadership updates and stakeholder materials.
• Experience managing contract administration, lifecycle tracking, renewal, amendments, documentation.
• Experience with vendors, performance monitoring, and service delivery coordination.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to advance contract and vendor objectives.
• Knowledge of project/program management practices: planning, scheduling, risk, reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to corporate safety, security, crisis management, or business continuity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Corporate Safety and Security training and communications program, including strategy and execution.
• Develop enterprise training plans for safety policies, procedures, tools, and protocols.
• Oversee creation and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and job-aid content.
• Build a structured communications program for policy rollouts and readiness.
• Manage leadership updates, program announcements, and reference guides.
• Identify training and communication needs with stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Handle contract administration, tracking status, renewals, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance on contract development and amendments.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Develop vendor performance metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Ensure training records, contracts, and policies are maintained per governance standards.
• Support readiness exercises and post-event reviews with improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects on training, contracts, vendors, and program improvements.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and recommendations for leadership.
