Job summary

You will lead strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of training, communications, and vendor-related processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs, projects, or initiatives with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience developing training programs, learning content, or readiness materials for operational or security-focused programs.
• Strong written and verbal communications, including leadership updates and stakeholder materials.
• Experience managing internal communications, program rollouts, or change communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Safety and Security training and communications program from strategy to execution and improvement.
• Develop enterprise training plans for safety and security policies, procedures, tools, and protocols.
• Oversee creation and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and job-aid training for associates and partners.
• Build a structured communications program for policy rollouts, readiness activities, and program changes.
• Manage leadership updates, announcements, guides, and reference materials to ensure clarity and consistency.
