Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Corporate Safety and Security training and communications program. You will oversee training strategy, communications, contract lifecycle support, and vendor performance, coordinating with procurement, legal, finance, and security teams to ensure governance and operational readiness.

You will manage training content creation, governance documentation, and readiness exercises, while driving continuous program improvements and executive-level updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, communications, training, contract administration, vendor management, or related field.
• Experience leading programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience developing and managing training programs, learning content, or readiness materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Safety and Security training and communications program, including strategy, planning, execution, maintenance, tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Develop enterprise training plans for safety and security policies, procedures, tools, and emergency response protocols.
• Oversee creation and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and job-aid-based training content.
